Blank Aluminum for Signs

The City of Lincoln is seeking a vendor to supply traffic control and custom signs. The signs must conform to the Federal Highway Administration’s Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the State of Nebraska Supplement to the MUTCD. The vendor will be responsible for manufacturing and delivering the signs, and must use approved materials and follow recommended practices to maintain manufacturer warranties. The City of Lincoln will issue standard purchase orders or email/verbal orders referencing this contract, and the vendor must acknowledge receipt of orders and provide packing lists and invoices. * The signs must be made of aluminum with sheeting and sign face applied * The vendor must use High Intensity Prismatic Series 3930(HIP), Diamond Grade Cubed Series 4000(DG3), or Advanced Engineer Grade Prismatic Series 7930(EGP) sheeting * The vendor must provide a warranty for the signs * The City of Lincoln will inspect the signs for defects and the vendor must correct any defects * The vendor must follow all recommended practices to maintain manufacturer warranties
