The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide on‑call, time‑and‑materials plumbing maintenance, repair, and small‑scale renovation services across all MD Anderson campuses in the Texas Medical Center and greater Houston area. Work includes domestic water, sanitary and storm sewer lines, backflow preventer testing, natural and medical gas line installation/repair, and emergency response. Services are indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity; purchase orders will be issued as needed. The contractor must supply licensed plumbers, tools, equipment, and maintain required training, badges, and insurance. Response is due by 4:00 PM on 10/13/2026. • Scope covers installation, repair, and testing of water, sewer, storm, gas, and medical‑gas lines. • Emergency calls must be answered within 2 hours; routine calls within 3 hours (operational) or 4 hours (non‑operational) and completed within 24 hours. • Work performed on a time‑and‑materials basis; hourly rate includes labor, overhead, taxes, insurance, profit, and equipment. • Contractor must provide quotes, complete MD Anderson training, and obtain badge access. • No minimum or maximum quantity; contract value estimated at $50,000.
