Utilities Maintenance, Repairs, & Upgrades

United Independent School District (United ISD) is seeking qualified utility contractors to provide district‑wide maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and related infrastructure on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be awarded to one or more vendors who can demonstrate solid performance history, appropriate licensing (including Texas DSHS asbestos certification when required), and the ability to supply labor, equipment, and new materials. Work will be performed under purchase orders issued by the Facilities Maintenance & Operations Department, with strict compliance to local codes, safety standards, and district policies. Vendors must submit references, company profile, and any exceptions, and will be required to attend a pre‑construction meeting after award.
