ITN2025-15NCSA Fixed Income Investment Management Services

The University of Central Florida is seeking qualified and experienced investment management firms to provide high-quality fixed income investment management services for designated University investment portfolios. The selected firms will manage assets in accordance with the UCF Investment Policy Manual and applicable Florida Statutes. The scope of work includes portfolio investment strategy development, portfolio construction and asset allocation management, selection and purchase of securities, ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio holdings, risk monitoring, and performance measurement. The contract term is subject to change, and the evaluation criteria include a 5-year investment strategy. Key aspects of the job include: • Development and implementation of portfolio investment strategy • Portfolio construction and asset allocation management • Selection, purchase, and sale of securities or investment vehicles • Ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio holdings • Risk monitoring and portfolio risk management • Performance measurement and benchmarking against appropriate indices • Preparation of quarterly and annual investment performance reports • Participation in meetings with UCF Budget and Finance Committee
