Letter of Interest- Ground Lease HPEC

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking Letters of Interest for a potential ground lease opportunity at the Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre. The opportunity involves the development and construction of a two-story restaurant and/or complementary commercial use that enhances the experience for HPEC participants and visitors while also serving the public. Desired features include an upper-level viewing area oriented toward the main competition arena. Respondents are encouraged to share flexible concepts that align with the setting and use of the park. Examples of potential uses include: • Full-service, family-friendly restaurant • Hospitality-oriented or entertainment uses • Complementary retail or commercial concepts that support event activity Information requested includes concept overview, experience and qualifications, development and operations readiness, and town participation.
