The Indiana State Police is seeking original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for their vehicles. The bid package is available for download, and bids may be submitted via email, fax, or mail. The bid package must be submitted by August 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. • OEM parts are required, and cross-referencing OEM parts are not acceptable. • A shipping charge may be applicable, and the bidder must write in the amount under each district section. • Any charges not appearing on the quote but appearing on the invoice will not be paid. • The bid is not eligible for electronic submission through the supplier portal.
