Aerial Imagery

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide aerial imagery acquisition services. The contractor will be responsible for providing digital orthoimagery products, including rectified imagery, seamless image services, and streamed access via Web Map Service (WMS) and Web Map Tile Service (WMTS). The contractor must have experience in aerial orthoimagery and managed image services, and must possess knowledge of digital orthoimagery products. The contract will be for a period of four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. • The contractor must provide digital orthoimagery products that meet the requirements of the State, including rectified imagery, seamless image services, and streamed access via WMS and WMTS. • The contractor must have experience in aerial orthoimagery and managed image services. • The contractor must possess knowledge of digital orthoimagery products. • The contractor must have a certified Photogrammetrist on staff who is an active member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). • The contractor must have a licensed surveyor on staff for ground control acquisitions. • The contractor must have a licensed pilot on staff.
