Court Reporting Services

The Public Utility Commission of Texas is seeking a contractor to provide court reporting and transcription services for a one-year contract, beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a one-year option for renewal. The contractor will record and transcribe regular and emergency meetings, hearings, public hearings, workshops, depositions, and other proceedings conducted by the PUCT. The contractor must provide complete transcripts that accurately reflect the complete verbatim recording of the proceeding. • The contractor will provide court reporting and transcription services for PUCT proceedings, including regular and emergency meetings, hearings, and depositions. • The contractor must provide transcripts in accordance with the Uniform Format Manual for Texas Court Reporters. • The contractor will deliver transcripts to the Commission filing clerk, and also provide electronic copies to OPDM and Agency Counsel. • The contractor must maintain the confidentiality of exhibits and other documents entrusted to them. • The contractor will be paid based on the pricing per page submitted with their bid.
