Allen County Juvenile Center Food Service Program

The Board of Commissioners of Allen County is seeking a qualified vendor to operate the food service program for the Allen County Juvenile Center. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of meal planning, preparation, service, and compliance with nutritional standards for the resident juvenile population. This is a full‑service contract covering daily breakfast, lunch, and snack provisions, as well as inventory management, staffing, and related reporting. • Provide daily meals (breakfast, lunch, snack) for the juvenile center residents • Develop menu plans that meet federal and state nutrition requirements • Manage kitchen staff, procurement, inventory, and food safety compliance • Deliver required documentation and reporting to the County’s procurement office
