The County of Fresno’s Behavioral Health Department is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program for at‑risk youth ages 12‑17. The selected provider will obtain a license to use MST manuals, training materials, and the MST trademark, and will be responsible for program start‑up, staff recruitment, orientation training, ongoing clinical supervision, and data reporting to the MST Institute.
