Housing Services – Property Management, Master Leasing, and Housing Based Supports

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified vendors to provide housing services, including property management and master leasing, as well as housing-based supportive services, to individuals and families experiencing or exiting homelessness. The selected vendors will be placed on a qualified vendor list and may be invited to contract with the City to provide these services. The scope of work includes efficient assessment of candidate eligibility, quick lease-up and move-in services, on-site case management, and wraparound services.
