Clarifiers Rehabilitation Project

The City of Essex Junction is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate the primary and secondary clarifiers at its Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope includes removal of existing coatings, steel immersion repairs, concrete floor restoration, grout injection to stop water infiltration, and optional atmospheric steel work on Primary Clarifier #1. All work must follow detailed specifications and be completed within 120 calendar days after notice to proceed, with a projected start date of May 31 2027.
