RFP 26-16 Visitor Assistance Program - O‘ahu

The Hawaii Tourism Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide a Visitor Assistance Program (VAP) on O‘ahu. The program should provide assistance to visitors in crisis, including medical support services, law enforcement, and emotional support. The successful offeror will be responsible for promoting, developing, and conducting the VAP. Key aspects of the program include: • Providing and coordinating services to visitors victimized by crime and other adversities • Offering medical support services, law enforcement, and helping with airline issues • Assisting visitors to obtain acceptable identification, visitor information, education, and guidance • Implementing prevention efforts targeting health and safety issues The offeror must address all sections and attachments and provide the required information and documentation.
