JAG Student Conference Management

The South Dakota Department of Education’s Division of College, Career, and Student Success is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional services for the planning and management of the 2026 Career Development Conference. The vendor will be responsible for reviewing all requirements of the RFP and providing a proposal by the deadline. The vendor will also provide supporting documentation on qualifications and experience to the State. Key aspects of the job include: • Planning and management of the conference • Providing a proposal and supporting documentation • Reviewing all requirements of the RFP • Coordinating with the State to ensure successful conference execution The vendor should have experience in conference coordinating and planning services, as well as event planning services. The State will respond to vendor inquiries via email and will notify all vendors of any modifications to the RFP.
