Description
The U.S. Army is awarding a sole‑source, hybrid firm‑fixed‑price/cost‑plus‑fixed‑fee IDIQ contract to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) technical support for the AH‑64D/E Apache sensor portfolio (M‑TADS/PNVS and Fire Control Radar). The contractor will deliver on‑site troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, training/mentoring, engineering reach‑back, and monthly reporting across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, while complying with strict security, export‑control, and reporting requirements.
• Provide field‑service support for Apache sensors at five CONUS hubs (AL, KY, TX, NY, NC) and four OCONUS hubs (AK, KR, Germany, Iraq).
• Deliver monthly Contract Field Service Reports (CFSR) with detailed labor, travel, training, cost‑avoidance, and preventive‑removal data; reports due by the 7th of the following month.
• Maintain active Secret clearances, meet CMMC Level 2, complete AT‑Level I, OPSEC, IA/IT, and other mandatory trainings within defined windows, and adhere to tight overtime‑approval and reporting deadlines.
