The U.S. Army is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide Contract Field Service Representative (CFSR) support for the AH‑64D/E Apache airframe. The contractor will deliver OEM‑level technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, engineering reach‑back, and on‑site assistance across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. Monthly Contract Field Service Reports (CDRL A001) documenting labor, travel, training, and preventive‑removal activities must be submitted by the 7th of the following month, with strict timeliness and certification requirements. The contract is an IDIQ with a base period of one year and up to four one‑year option periods (maximum five years) plus a possible six‑month extension, and includes both firm‑fixed‑price and cost‑plus‑fixed‑fee CLINs. Key obligations include rapid response to technical inquiries (within 1 business day), AOG resolution (within 3 business days), and compliance with extensive security, antiterrorism, OPSEC, and CUI requirements. No dollar ceiling is disclosed; the award will be negotiated and is currently unfunded.
