Crosby Recreation Center Renovations

The City of Carrollton is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive renovation of the Crosby Recreation Center. The scope includes selective demolition, replacement of ceiling grid and lighting, interior painting, protection and temporary relocation of furniture and equipment, electrical and HVAC modifications, and development of a phased construction plan to maintain ongoing operations.
