The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to bring the facility up to current code and design standards as outlined in the plans and specifications prepared by French Associates. Bids must be submitted electronically via PreconSuite, include required certifications, a bid bond of at least 5% for proposals over $31,321, and, for bids $50,000 or more, a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the bid amount.
