26-26 Brookside Park Culvert

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace an existing 36” x 60” metal culvert with a new 15’ x 4” precast box culvert at Brookside Park, City of Sidney, Ohio. The work includes removal of the existing culvert, excavation, installation of the new culvert, associated backfill, concrete work, drainage structures, and site restoration, all in compliance with Ohio prevailing wage rates and local specifications. • Remove existing 36” x 60” corrugated metal culvert and associated headwall, guardrail, and fence. • Install new 15’ x 4” precast box culvert, including excavation, subgrade preparation, backfill, and concrete placement (QC1 concrete, sealing, waterproofing, expansion joint filler). • Provide additional civil works: subgrade compaction, aggregate base, drainage channel protection, conduit installation, guardrail, erosion control, seeding/mulching, and traffic maintenance. • Complete project by substantial completion on or before June 1 2027 and final completion by July 1 2027, with liquidated damages for delay.
