ENGINEERING SERVICES - DRY BROOK CULVERT REPLACEMENT

The Town of Manchester, Connecticut, is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide full design services for the replacement of approximately 2,000 linear feet of box culvert in the downtown urban setting of Dry Brook. The scope covers preliminary engineering, preliminary design (30% design), public engagement, final design (up to 100% design), environmental permitting, bidding assistance, and limited construction‑phase support (RFI responses and change‑order review). The consultant must have experience with at least two similar box‑culvert or hydraulic structure projects, one in an urban environment, and must employ a Connecticut‑licensed PE as Engineer of Record. Deliverables include engineering memoranda, design drawings, hydraulic models, cost estimates, public‑engagement materials, permit applications, and bid package documents.
