Lodging and Meals for 834 ASB Training

The Minnesota Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and meals for 834 ASB during their annual training at the Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG) in Springfield, MO. The contractor will be required to provide rooms, hot breakfast, and meeting space for 51 soldiers for 14 nights, as well as lunch and dinner meals. The meals will be served in a buffet-style setting, and the contractor will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the serving lines. The contractor must also provide condiments, utensils, and other necessary items for the meals. The Government will provide guidance on menu planning and food safety requirements.
