College Football Playoff (CFP) Team and Game Management Services

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive team and game management services, as well as event production services, for the College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship scheduled for January 25, 2027, at Allegiant Stadium. The successful proposer will serve as the primary liaison between the LVCVA, CFP officials, participating teams, venue management, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless and successful execution of all event-related activities. The scope of work includes event planning and coordination, technical and audiovisual management, safety and security management, branding and sponsorship activation, fan experience and engagement, and post-event evaluation. • Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive event production plans, coordinating all pre-game, halftime, and post-game ceremonies, and managing logistics for all event infrastructure. • The proposer must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale sporting event production and demonstrate a strong relationship with local authorities, sponsors, and venue operators. • The contract period is from August 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027. • The LVCVA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to modify the scope of work as necessary.
