Psychoeducational-Services RFP

The Tsé Náshchii’ Ólta tribal school on the Navajo reservation is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive psycho‑educational services for K‑5 special‑education students. The contractor will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans, perform behavior analyses, and collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and other agencies to support academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral outcomes. The work must align with federal, state, and tribal regulations (IDEA, 25 CFR 63) and be culturally responsive. • Conduct full psycho‑educational assessments and functional behavior assessments for referred students. • Create and monitor individualized intervention plans, integrating recommendations into each student’s IEP. • Attend IEP/MET meetings, provide referrals, and maintain detailed compliance records throughout the 2026‑2027 school year.
