The Teton County Rec Center Solar Project involves the installation of a photovoltaic (PV) solar array on the roof of the Teton County Recreation Center. The project aims to reduce the annual net energy consumption at the facility by a minimum of 22% and have a DC kW capacity of equal to or greater than 290kW. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the full system design, construction documents, and installation of a code-compliant and cost-effective PV system. • The project includes the removal and decommissioning of the existing non-functional solar-thermal system. • The installation firm must have project team members certified in Solar PV Installation by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). • The contractor is required to complete all required design, engineering, installation, inspections, and commissioning of the PV system. • The project must be completed and placed in service by November 1, 2026.
