The Navy is soliciting a design‑bid‑build contract to construct a new two‑story, steel‑frame torpedo integration laboratory (approximately 12,920 SF) and an optional 17,978 SF facility at Naval Station Newport. The work includes full site preparation, shallow foundations, structural steel erection, metal roofing, masonry and metal panel exterior walls, mechanical/electrical utilities, storm‑water retention, parking, landscaping, and extensive security and access‑control systems.
