SeaPort-NxG Combat Systems Services (CSS) Follow-on Advance Notice

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide management and technical expertise in support of the activation, operations, maintenance, and engineering of equipment, systems, and computer programs at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC). The scope of work includes systems engineering and analysis, operations, combat systems readiness, configuration management, technical library, data analysis center, and common data repository and analysis. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including engineering reviews, test plans, and technical reports. The contract is expected to be a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a period of performance of 5 years, including a base year and 4 option years. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the SCSC's missions and projects, including the development, testing, and training of combat systems. • The contractor will be required to provide technical expertise in areas such as systems engineering, operations, and combat systems readiness. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the SCSC's facilities, including the Captain Eric L. Washam USN AEGIS Engineering and Training Complex and the Wallops Island Engineering Test Center. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the SCSC's partnerships with other organizations, including the Naval Air Systems Command and the Joint Atlantic and Chesapeake Ranges Cooperative. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the SCSC's cybersecurity requirements, including the implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
