PWC - 2026 Capital Improvement, 119th, 177th and 178th Water Main Replacement Project

The Snohomish County Public Utility District is soliciting bids to replace approximately 2,250 linear feet of eight‑inch ductile‑iron water main on 119th Pl NE, 177th Ave NE, and 178th Dr NE near Granite Falls, WA. The scope includes installation of the new main, 41 water services, five fire hydrants, two blow‑off assemblies, one air‑vacuum release assembly, three PRV vaults, associated fittings, and extensive site work such as trench excavation, de‑watering, erosion control, asphalt trench patching, restoration overlays, private driveway removal/restoration, gravel driveway work, and landscape/surface restoration. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals, obtain required permits, submit SWPPP/ESCP, manage traffic control, and coordinate with district engineers. The engineer’s estimate for the project is $1.7 million.
