Description
The Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) is soliciting bids for the 2026 Capital Improvement water‑main replacement project on 101st Ave. NE/28th St. NE near Lake Stevens. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to install approximately 2,100 ft of 8‑inch ductile‑iron water main, three fire hydrants, and about 40 water service connections. Scope also includes asphalt trench patching, roadway restoration, driveway removal and in‑kind restoration, striping, erosion control, and landscape restoration while maintaining service to the existing system.
