The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a requirements‑type, firm‑fixed‑price solicitation for Methylphenidate ER tablets in four dosage strengths (18 mg, 27 mg, 36 mg, 54 mg), packaged in 100‑count non‑glass bottles. The contract will be a national supply source covering DLA Troop Support, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and Bureau of Prisons, with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options (maximum five years). Offerors must be FDA‑approved manufacturers or distributors, provide TE “A” (or “B”) equivalents, meet strict packaging, barcode, and cGMP requirements, and register the product in RxNorm, First Data Bank, and Medi‑Span within five days of award.
