DPW: Bid - Pipe

The City of Manchester’s Department of Public Works is seeking vendors to supply new PVC gravity‑sewer pipe and corrugated polyethylene drainage pipe, along with required fittings, couplings, and filter‑sock accessories. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑price, sealed‑bid “lowest responsible bidder” basis, with delivery to the Public Works yard or designated job sites. All unit prices must be firm through the contract period and include delivery, packing, and freight. Vendors must hold minimum stock levels and provide warranties, MSDS, and compliance with federal and state regulations. • Supply of PVC sewer pipe (SDR 35, ASTM D3034/F679) in sizes 4”‑27” – price per linear foot. • Supply of corrugated polyethylene drainage pipe (AASHTO M252/M294) in sizes 6”‑24” – price per linear foot, plus coupling bands and 100‑ft filter‑sock coils. • Must maintain 100 ft on‑hand stock of 12‑in. and 15‑in. pipe and deliver with signed delivery slips; all charges must be included in unit price.
