Port of Portland seeks a qualified provider to deliver on‑site technical staffing for the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) at Portland International Airport. The contractor will staff two field technicians to cover 80 hours per week, provide preventive and corrective maintenance, manage trouble tickets, and meet strict SLA metrics, while also offering after‑hours support as needed.
