The Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) seeks a U.S. citizen to serve as a Program Coordinator for Border/Points of Entry (POE) Security at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. This personal‑services contract (PSC) supports the identification, development, and management of precursor chemical control, maritime, and airport security projects, requiring close coordination with Mexican government agencies, U.S. interagency partners, and INL staff. The incumbent will oversee project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with security and anti‑fraud controls.
• Manage and implement bilateral security assistance projects (counternarcotics, port, air‑space security).
• Develop relationships with Mexican military, customs, port operators, and regulatory bodies; act as liaison between host‑nation officials and U.S. mission.
