LEGAL ADVERTISING

The City of Billings is requesting proposals for legal advertising services. The successful proposer will be required to provide legal advertising services for various city departments. The contract will be for one year, with four one-year options to renew by mutual agreement. The proposer must provide proof of publication, affidavit of publication, and weekly invoices. The city makes no guarantee as to the amount of legal advertisements that will be completed during the contract term, but it spent an average of $16,000 per year on legal advertising during the previous contract term. • The proposer must have a newspaper of general paid circulation with a periodicals mailing permit. • The proposer must publish at least once per week. • The proposer must have been published continuously in Yellowstone County for at least 12 months. • The proposer must provide a price matrix with costs for different types of ads. • The proposer must provide samples of ads as they would appear in the publication.
