Security Fabric and Network Configuration Services

The Chaffey Joint Union High School District (CJUHSD) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, install, configure, and manage a district‑wide security fabric and network configuration under the federal E‑Rate Category 2 program. The work includes high‑capacity fiber links, Cisco Catalyst 9300X switch stack installations, migration of existing VPN services, SSID creation, QoS policy implementation, certificate‑based authentication, and delivery of one‑ and three‑year maintenance options. The project must start no earlier than July 1 2026 and be completed by June 30 2027. All proposals must be submitted sealed by January 26 2026, and attendance at the mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on January 5 2026 is required. • Design and deployment of 25 Gbps and 200 Gbps fiber‑optic links between IDFs, MDFs, and NOCs, using district‑provided SFP modules and additional SFPs supplied by the contractor. • Installation and configuration of Cisco Catalyst 9300X switches (including stacked configurations), QSFP‑100G optics, and FortiGate firewalls; migration of PAN‑820 VPN to the new solution. • Development of QoS/SD‑WAN policies prioritizing VoIP, COMPASSedu, and eSports traffic, plus configuration of SSIDs and certificate‑based device authentication. • Delivery of detailed as‑built documentation, staff training, and optional 1‑year or 3‑year maintenance contracts covering LAN/WAN, firewalls, and switch uplink support.
