UPS System Upgrade

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to upgrade the UPS system at the NSWC Crane Warfare Center in Indiana. The contract includes the provision of a 20kW Universal Power Module, E20 Batteries, and other related equipment. The contractor will be responsible for installing the equipment in accordance with the statement of work. The contract is a fixed-price contract, and the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes specific part numbers for all line items. • The contractor must ensure that all equipment is installed in accordance with the statement of work. • The contractor must provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.216-7, Allowable Cost and Payment, as applicable. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
