Description
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) seeks a vendor to provide a one‑year leadership and team development program for Southeast Community & Technical College. The work includes one‑on‑one coaching, team‑leader engagement, monthly cohort calls, and four in‑person PERILL assessment reviews. The vendor must deliver both virtual and on‑site services, supply the PERILL diagnostic tool, and be prepared to extend the services to other KCTCS colleges if needed.
