Notice of Intent to Sole Source - NOMAD

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to NOMAD Global Communication Solutions, Inc. for the development and delivery of a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS). The C-UAS system will provide a turnkey command and control solution with dual defeat capabilities and redundancy. The system will undergo extensive field integration, testing, and validation to ensure reliability and meet the NNSA's requirements. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the NNSA will place an order for up to a certain quantity of systems. The C-UAS system will support the NNSA's FY25 Stockpile Stewardship and Management Plan and provide an additional layer of security protection.
