PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR JEEHDEEZ'A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide physical therapy services to students at Jeehdeez'a Elementary School. The contractor will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and provide direct and indirect services to students. The contract will be for a period of one year, with services provided during school business hours. The contractor must be an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and meet the requirements of the Buy Indian Act. • Conduct student evaluations and develop plans of care • Provide direct services, including therapeutic interventions and participation in community events • Provide indirect services, including review and analysis of student documents and participation in meetings with families and education teams • Maintain records and reports, including quarterly service logs and monthly invoices • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery
