Judson Independent School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a pool of consultants, professional speakers, and program presenters to deliver on‑demand professional development and instructional training for teachers, administrators, and students across a broad range of K‑12 content areas. The contract is “as‑needed,” with no guaranteed minimum workload, and will run for an initial two‑year term (starting approx. 18 Sept 2026) with up to three one‑year extensions. Vendors must supply employees who are direct hires (or approved subcontractors), carry required insurance, pass Texas background‑check requirements, and comply with state statutes (SB 9, SB 12, anti‑gratuities, etc.). Proposals must include a 15‑form packet, insurance certificates, and a USB drive, delivered in a sealed envelope by the deadline.
