DDEVELOP & OPERATE SWIMMING PROGRAM FOR ADULTS AT RON LEVY AQUATIC CENTER

The Village of Islamorada is seeking a qualified vendor to design, launch, and manage an adult swimming program at the Ron Levy Aquatic Center. The contractor will be responsible for program development, staffing qualified instructors, scheduling classes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, marketing the program to the community, and providing ongoing operational oversight and reporting. • Create a curriculum of adult swim lessons, fitness swim classes, and open‑swim hours. • Recruit, train, and supervise certified swim instructors and support staff. • Manage registration, scheduling, fee collection, and customer service. • Maintain pool safety standards, equipment upkeep, and compliance with local health codes. • Produce regular performance reports and program evaluation metrics for the Village.
