Lock & Dam 5A Routine Gate Maintenance Quality Assurance Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide quality assurance services for the routine gate maintenance of Lock & Dam 5A. The required services include QA inspection and verification of construction contractors' inspections, QA testing and inspection of steel repairs, QA inspections of construction contractors' painting means and methods, QA inspections of coatings, and review and response to applicable requests for information and submittals. The contractor will be responsible for performing these services at the Lock & Dam 5A location in Wisconsin. The contract has a base period of 12 months, with options to extend for up to 4 years and 4 months. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contract clauses.
