Description
The VA’s Central Texas Veterans Health Care System requires a sole‑source contract with ScriptPro USA, Inc. to replace and upgrade ScriptPro pharmacy workstations, printers, robotic dispensers, and associated servers at three VA facilities (Temple, Austin, and Waco). The scope includes delivery of brand‑name hardware, installation, configuration, migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, removal of legacy equipment, and twelve months of post‑deployment technical support (24/7 help desk, on‑site service, software patches, virus protection, and drug‑database updates). Delivery must occur within 60 days of award, and the contractor will be responsible for all hardware, software licenses, and labor.
