26-044 ITB Charter Flight - 2 Football Trips for Athletics

Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified air‑charter provider to transport its football team and related personnel for two separate trips in the 2026 fall semester. The contractor must supply a charter aircraft (Airbus 319, Airbus 320, or Boeing 737‑800), crew, ground handling, waste disposal, and all ancillary services, with a minimum payload of 35,000 lb and a replacement aircraft guarantee. The contract includes compliance with FAA Part 121/135, Tennessee tax registration, extensive insurance (including $50 M aircraft liability), and NCAA/ADA regulations. Pricing must be submitted for each of four route scenarios (three options for the September trip and one for the November trip), with fuel cost evaluated at a fixed $4.00 per gallon.
