R711--Sources Sought Armored Car Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for armored car services to support the VISN 01 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. The contractor will be responsible for providing armored car services, including pick-up and delivery of cash and deposits, and emergency pick-up services as needed. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a duration of one year and four optional years for renewal. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management database and have the necessary insurance coverage. * The contractor will be responsible for providing armored car services to multiple locations, including Togus, ME; White River Junction, VT; Bedford, MA; Boston, MA; Manchester, NH; Northampton, MA; Providence, RI; and Connecticut. * The contractor must have the ability to respond to emergency calls within 2 hours. * The contractor must provide a copy of signed and dated receipt for each pick-up. * The contractor must have liability insurance, workers' compensation, and vehicle insurance. * The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
