Banking Services (RFP 26-09)

The City of Norcross is seeking a banking institution to provide full-service municipal banking and p-card services. The selected institution will be required to provide a range of services, including deposit accounts, remote deposit services, lockbox services, merchant card processing, wire transfers, and online banking services. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend for two additional 1-year periods. The City is looking for a banking institution that can provide efficient, productive, and fiscally responsible services. • The banking institution must be a state or federally chartered banking institution, insured by the FDIC, and a member of the Federal Reserve System. • The institution must have experience providing similar services to municipal governments. • The institution must be able to provide a range of services, including deposit accounts, remote deposit services, lockbox services, merchant card processing, wire transfers, and online banking services. • The institution must have a secure, web-based banking and reporting system. • The institution must be able to accept deposits at a City of Norcross location for next-day deposit at the latest.
