The prime contractor must deliver the equipment, perform 24/7 service and support, conduct preventive maintenance, and replace or repair any malfunctioning units within 24 hours at no additional cost. All charges—including delivery, pickup (15‑day notice), and support—must be bundled in a firm‑fixed‑price quote.
