Sole Source - Bloomy Controls, Inc.

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is issuing a sole‑source Request for Quotation to Bloomy Controls, Inc. for a 12‑month period of performance to provide test‑set maintenance and troubleshooting support in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor will be the only source deemed to possess the unique knowledge, engineering data, specialized tools, and personnel required for this effort. Delivery is FOB to Naval Station Newport, RI, and payment will be made electronically via WAWF. The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses and requires the contractor to provide unique item identifiers for items over $5,000.
