Bite Suits

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of trainer's bite suits/dog bite training suits. The contract will be for a period of 30 days from the bid opening date, and the TDCJ reserves the right to extend the contract for up to three months. The bidder must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the State of Texas. The bid must include the Texas Identification Number System (T.I.N.S.) number, full firm name, and address of the bidder. The TDCJ will evaluate bids based on factors such as price, quality, and conformance to specifications. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. • The TDCJ reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The bidder must provide a completed Vendor Maintenance Direct Deposit and Substitute W-9 Form to the TDCJ. • The bidder must comply with the Texas Public Information Act. • The contract may be terminated if the TDCJ determines that it was not appropriated sufficient funds.
