W065--Bed and Mattress Rental

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive rental program for a wide range of medical, dental, and veteran‑care equipment—including low‑bed units, various mattress sizes, bariatric chairs, commodes, and associated services such as cleaning, quality‑control, storage, and delivery. The contract will be structured as a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions, allowing the VA to maintain equipment availability across its nationwide facilities.
