The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to JEOL USA, Inc. for a JEM-2100PLUS Service Level Agreement. This agreement will be for a period of one year, from September 14, 2026, to September 13, 2027.
